Booking questions
How do I know if my dates are available?
Send us your dates on WhatsApp or email and we'll confirm within 24 hours. We don't use an online calendar, so a quick message is the fastest way to check.
How do I pay?
Once we confirm availability we'll send you our banking details. A deposit secures your booking and the balance is due before arrival.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out by 10am. Self check-in via lockbox means you can arrive at any time after 2pm.
Is there a minimum stay?
Minimum stays vary by season — please ask when you enquire and we'll let you know.
How many guests can stay?
Each apartment sleeps a maximum of four adults, in line with the estate's rules.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately not — Santini Village is a no-pets estate.
Do returning guests get a discount?
Yes. Guests who book their next stay directly with us enjoy 5% off as a thank-you.
